If you haven't experienced Yoga Meets Dance, we would highly recommend it. YMD is fun and simple.  The class combines yoga, free and guided dance, community building and mediation to soul-stirring music, and invites all ages, shapes and sizes. No experience is needed and groups are welcome. It's great fun, exercise, stress release, and a time to check in with yourself and connect with others. A Yoga Meets Dance Celebration can make your party or other group event very special.
