The Frankfort Yoga Studio is here to serve the needs of individuals. We appreciate that each person is created differently and has been through different life experiences, bringing about a wide array of needs. This is why the studio currently has 12 instructors who offer a variety of classes at different times on every day of the week.
The Frankfort Yoga Studio currently offers over 20 classes a week. There are classes for all ages and abilities. Not only do we offer all levels and many styles of yoga classes, but also dance, Tai Chi, pilates, and others.

The Frankfort Yoga Studio currently has 12 instructors. Each instructor has his/her own teaching style, bringing to the studio a wide array of classes to meet the needs of all of our students. Most of our yoga instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) through Yoga Alliance.

What do you need to start?
All you need is the willingness to learn something new and comfortable clothes.
The studio can provide mats and other equipment for you. Mats are also available for purchase.
