Jill has a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and has been teaching fitness classes since 1988. Her certifications include 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with the Cincinnati Yoga School, Pilates, Personal Training (a one-on-one program for your personal needs), and Yoga Meets DanceTM. She is certified in personal training and group exercise by ACE and the YMCA.
